Required documents for concluding a brokerage contract with CC Taxicenter GmbH \u2013 New entrepreneurs<\/span><\/p>

  • GISA extract or commercial register extract<\/span><\/li>
  • Bank details<\/span><\/li>
  • Company stamp (if available)<\/span><\/li>
  • ID of the authorized signatory<\/span><\/li>
  • Registration certificate<\/span><\/li>
  • VAT identification number and tax number<\/span><\/li>
  • Radio deposit per car (companies \u20ac400, sole proprietorships \u20ac200)<\/span><\/li>
  • PinPad deposit per car \u20ac100 (only for rental devices)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    When concluding a cash register contract, the following access data is required:<\/span><\/p>

    • FinanzOnline participant ID<\/span><\/li>
    • Cash register user (FinanzOnline\/creation of a user for cash register web service) (maximum 12 characters for user and PIN)<\/span><\/li>
    • Authentication code (created in FinanzOnline)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Procedure for registering a new car (first registration not older than 3 months)<\/span><\/p>

      • Sign contract \u2013 purchase of equipment (if required)<\/span><\/li>
      • SIM cards are issued by the customer center<\/span><\/li>
      • Installation at the authorized workshop (Orlic, AAA, Hale)<\/span><\/li>
      • Activation in the technical department at CC Taxicenter GmbH<\/span><\/li>
      • Generation of the start receipt in the customer center (if cash register is via CC Taxicenter GmbH)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Procedure for registering a car where the first registration is older than 3 months \u2013<\/span><\/p>

        Arrange a PAE appointment at the customer center at CC Taxicenter GmbH (PAE is only ever on Wednesdays between 10 AM and 12 PM and only by appointment) <\/span>afterwards, the procedure is the same as for a new car.<\/span><\/p>
